ΒΙΟΓΡΑΦΙΚΟ

Ο Δρ Αναστάσιος Λαμπρόπουλος είναι Διπλωματούχος Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός με περισσότερα από 20 χρόνια εμπειρίας στον τομέα του Τραύματος και της Ορθοπαιδικής. Είναι ένας χειρουργός με διεθνή εκπαίδευση από φημισμένα ιδρύματα στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (Leeds), τη Γαλλία (Στρασβούργο) και την Ελβετία (Βασιλεία), με εξειδίκευση στη χειρουργική ισχίου και γόνατος. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της Βασικής Ορθοπαιδικής Εκπαίδευσης στο Ασκληπιείο Νοσοκομείο Βούλας, (Αθήνα), εργάστηκε για περισσότερα από 12 χρόνια στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, ολοκληρώνοντας επίσης με επιτυχία δύο υποτροφίες στον τομέα της χειρουργικής Ισχίου & Γόνατος. Είναι πιστοποιημένος ορθοπαιδικός χειρουργός στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και Μέλος της Βρετανικής Ορθοπαιδικής Εταιρίας, ΒΟΑ.

Έχει εργαστεί επί  πέντε συναπτά έτη στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο του Λιντς,  ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα Κέντρα Τραύματος στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο υπό την καθοδήγηση του καθηγητή P.V. Giannoudis, όπου παραπέμπονται και νοσηλεύονται σύνθετες ορθοπαιδικές παθήσεις και  πολυ-τραυματίες. Επιπλέον, έχει ολοκληρώσει προχωρημένες υποτροφίες, θητεύοντας δίπλα στον καθηγητή Martin Stone στο Νοσοκομείο Chapel Allerton στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, αποκτώντας βαθιά γνώση στη διάγνωση και τη χειρουργική διαχείριση των παθολογιών του ισχίου και του γόνατος. Συνέχισε την τεχνογνωσία του με ετήσιες υποτροφίες στο Νοσοκομείο της Υόρκης, NHS trust, βελτιώνοντας τις δεξιότητές του στην Αρθροσκόπηση, την Αναθεωρητική Αρθροπλαστική και Τραυματολογία του Άνω και Κάτω άκρου. Για να προωθήσει περαιτέρω τις χειρουργικές δεξιότητές του σχετικά με το ισχίο, ολοκλήρωσε το πρόγραμμα εκπαίδευσης AMIS, της MEDACTA στην Ελβετία, εστιάζοντας στις αντικαταστάσεις ισχίου και γόνατος, ενώ στο Στρασβούργο, ανέπτυξε περαιτέρω τις ορθοπεδικές του τεχνικές που σχετίζονται με σύνθετο τραύμα κάτω άκρων και την ενδομυελική ήλωση καταγμάτων μηριαίου και κνήμης.

Από το 2019 προσφέρει επίσης τις υπηρεσίες του ως Επίτιμος Λέκτορας της Ιατρικής Σχολής Hull-York, διδάσκοντας σε τακτική βάση προπτυχιακούς φοιτητές Ιατρικής. Έχει δημοσιεύσει αρκετές εργασίες σε περιοδικά σχετικά με την χειρουργική του ισχίου και του γόνατος και έχει επίσης παρουσιάσει, ενώ συμμετείχε σε διεθνή συνέδρια. Κατά τη διάρκεια της τελευταίας του θέσης εργασίας στο Νοσοκομείο της Υόρκης, NHS Trust (Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο) ήταν υπεύθυνος για την διαχείριση και χειρουργική αποκατάσταση καταγμάτων του ισχίου σε γηριατρικούς ασθενείς, ακολουθώντας πρωτόκολλα βέλτιστης πρακτικής του Iνστιτούτου N.I.C.E., UK.

Διατηρεί μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον για τη χειρουργική θεραπεία των καταγμάτων ισχίου με ελάχιστες επεμβατικές τεχνικές (MIS) και έχει υιοθετήσει σύγχρονες και γρήγορες τεχνικές ανάρρωσης των ασθενών με τραύματα. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία και εκπαίδευση στις σύγχρονες προσπελάσεις του ισχίου, πρόσθιας (AMIS) και ελάχιστης επεμβατικής (SPAIRE) οπίσθιας προσπέλασης. Εκτός από τη θεραπεία τραυματικών κακώσεων άκρων σε ενήλικες και παιδιά, η πρακτική του αυτή τη στιγμή περιλαμβάνει Patient Specific Instrumentation (PSI), Robotic Navigated Knee & Hip Surgery, Αρθροσκοπική χειρουργική, αλλά και νέες τεχνικές που περιλαμβάνουν βιολογικές θεραπείες για τη διατήρηση των μεγάλων αρθρώσεων.
